The main ingredients are vegetables and, among them, a very special one which is cauliflower, but here it is called “pava”, and the other ingredient is salted and desalted cod, simple but spectacular.

That looks amazing… full of color, texture, and that homey Mediterranean vibe. I love dishes like this, simple in ingredients but so rich in flavor and tradition. Cauliflower and cod together sound like a perfect match!
