Qué colores mas bonitos. Seguro que te queda maravillosa esa mermelada. Precisamente hoy hice polvo de hoja de higuera y también aceite. Me encantan los higos 😋

@beatriztorijagmail-com Siiii, lo deshidrato en el microondas en un papel de horno doblado para taparlas. Unos 3 minutos después de lavar bien las hojas y quitarles los nervios centrales. Luego rompo todo con las manos y lo muelo hasta obtener un polvo muy fino.
Lo utilizo para decorar platos, en tuiles, postres..cuando lo descubrà me quedé sorprendida como tu pero luego mirando en internet me informe bien y la utilizo desde entonces 😉Aqui puedes ver algo
