@beatriztorijagmail-com pues trituro la pechuga de pollo, le añado 2 o 3 rebanadas de pan de molde depende de la cantidad, queso crema y leche en la misma cantidad pero lo mismo depende de la cantidad que haga, sal y ajo en polvo y lo mezclo todo y luego los rebozo por huevo con un poco de agua y pan rallado. Es supersencillo
