I have always liked this dish (and any dish with tápenas, caparrones or olives), as it reminds me a lot of my childhood, and more than my childhood, of my father, who is no longer here. I remember that many afternoons he would go with his motorcycle to the countryside to pick up tápenas and caparrones to pickle them and he would also buy olives from the olive tree to make them his own way. That is why for me it is very special, and why not, they are very good.
