I had no intention of making anything like this but while chopping the cucumber I came up with this dish.
Cucumber, cherry tomato, pink salt, Pedro Ximenez pearls, early olive oil, sunflower sprouts and dahlia petals🌸

This looks so fresh and creative! I love how the cucumber and tomatoes are arranged almost like petals themselves, and those Pedro XimĂ©nez pearls add such a touch of elegance. The dahlia flowers and sprouts make it feel like a little garden on a plate… accidental inspiration at its best.
