It’s been a long time since I last posted, it’s been a very busy few days! Very exhausting! But one day my husband called me, sad because in his office they organized a lunch with cake for the birthday of someone from a different area and he wasn’t invited! It didn’t hurt him so much that he wasn’t invited, it hurt him that he couldn’t eat cake, so I told him: my love, I’m up to my neck in work, but as long as I live, you will never miss a dessert!!! So in between my zoom meetings, I took the time to bake him some chocolate chip, coffee and almond muffins, I turned off the camera while I was whisking, blending and baking, he will take them with his lunch for the rest of the week.
Hace mucho que no publicaba, han sido dias de mucho trabajo!! Muy agotadores!! Pero un dÃa mi esposo me llamó, triste porque en su oficina organizaron un almuerzo con pastel por el cumpleaños de alguien de un area diferente a la de él y no lo invitaron!! A el no le dolió tanto el hecho de no ser invitado, le dolió no poder comer pastel, asà que le dije: mi amor, estoy hasta el cuello de trabajo, pero mientras viva, jamás te va a faltar un postre!! Asà que entre mis juntas por zoom, me di tiempo para hornearle unos muffins de chispas de chocolate, café y almendras, apagaba la cámara mientras batÃa, integraba y horneaba, los llevará con su almuerzo el resto de la semana.
