Chronicle of the Norwegian Cocoa: September 2023 we started with my children, husband and my brother the exploratory trip to various places to know where we could emigrate again since the first emigration was unsuccessful due to my eldest son at that time only son we are talking about February 2017! But in this exploratory trip we went first to Orlando a few days of fun for everyone, then from Miami we went to Norway the town of stryng (lovely views in this part of the trip was restorative and very but very visual) in one of those days of rest I felt like eating my super chocolate cake and looked for cocoa powder buy the brand Bakekakao but in the end I did not make the cake buy a chocolate pudding and I was satisfied with that. In Norway we were in an Airbnb if there was food left over we had the habit of leaving it in the house, I almost left this beautiful little box that contained a magic powder called cocoa and I took it in my suitcase and continued the trip with sorrow leaving the most beautiful views I had ever seen, I even cooked and recorded videos with that image in the back.
We continued the trip to Portugal Lisbon except for one detail when we went to the airport the tickets were not there (due to a typing error of my husband) we ended up at the airport in Paris divine everything I saw, we arrived in Portugal and I found everything very worn out and there I realized that it could not be that place to emigrate to all this the Cacao was traveling with me without opening the box but was a witness of my wanderings, I continued the trip back to Miami to be a few days resting a little warm beach ending this trip of 18 days full of craziness, mishaps, ingredients and very tasty dishes, returning with sadness I had to continue the search arriving in Montevideo returning to the routine and the little box of cocoa still unused, it would be about a month and I did not want to open that box but I had run out of cocoa and I wanted to eat chocolate cake and well the time had come I made my famous chocolate cake and another for the kitchen assistant of my course that was the birthday when we tried that cake was sublime for me a turn of incomparable flavor and ahiiiiiiiii discover the Norwegian chocolate.
I have to go back to look for that magic powder that blew my mind in the meantime I’ll settle for Belgian cocoa similar but not as much as Norwegian chocolate.

¿Textura, amargor, aroma? ✨

It’s beautiful how food sometimes carries the weight of stories, more than just flavors.
