@loles-mhotmail-com a mí me sorprendió para bien. Aún no lo he hecho en casa, pero lo haré. Imprescindible: que la yema quede bien cremosa, para que al romperla caiga sobre la ensaladilla. Y yo creo que también es clave que tenga puntilla, para dar contraste de textura
