      Today’s #Scoolifriday folks ✨What are you having to celebrate it?

      I just made a Hokkaido Pumpkin, and I’m quite proud of it. I’m working on improving my photography skills for better pictures. This pumpkin is stuffed with quinoa, brown rice, oyster mushrooms, and leeks.

      Do you think I’m heading in the right direction, or should I take a chance on something else? 🤣

      • I think that looks delicious, I especially like the lights in the background! We’re hosting a dinner party for important guests tomorrow (clients), so tonight I am furiously prepping in advance. I just baked a chocolate truffle cake. I’m going to roast butternut squashes in the oven now, for curried butternut soup. I’ve already got cooked duck confit that just needs to be reheated. Then, I can just make some vegetable side dishes tomorrow evening. So for dinner tonight, we’re having leftover pasta (with chicken livers in spicy tomato sauce). Have a lovely weekend!
