Sabores dulces, frescos y aromáticos que desde luego no te dejan indiferente. Lo preparé hace un par de dias con lo que tenia por casa. El resultado no nos pudo gustar mas😉
Camembert, higos frescos, brotes de girasol, cebollino, albahaca, aove temprano, sirope de ágave, sal negra, frambuesa liofilizada, polvo de naranja y flores.

¡Qué maravilla de plato, Lo! ¡Me emociona! 😍 Este plato es una celebración del detalle, el color y la sensibilidad en el emplatado. Todo está dispuesto con tanto mimo que parece salido de un jardín comestible.
El equilibrio entre el dulzor del higo, la untuosidad del queso y los matices herbales y cítricos nos hace imaginar cada bocado como una experiencia en capas. ¡Tiene mucha personalidad! 🌿🧀💫

@soldamiani Muchas gracias Sol! Me alegra que te guste. La verdad es que salió riquísimo.Tenia claro una cosa: el queso, los higos y los brotes que los tenia en todo su esplendor. El resto ya fue saliendo sobre la marcha y me encantó el resultado😉

@lanamihajlovic Yes, hahahahahah . It was actually made on the fly. I had the cheese, the figs and my sunflower sprouts that were already grown… the rest came little by little hahahahahah . And I ended up eating it on toast 😉.

@lanamihajlovic Siii, jajajaj . En realidad fue hecho sobre la marcha. Tenia el queso, los higos y mis brotes de girasol que ya estaban crecidos.. el resto fue apareciendo poco a poco jajajaj . Y terminé comiendo en una tostada 😉
