Although I love cooking with fire, embers and wood, sometimes you don’t have to turn on the stove to get a tasty dish. This is my burrata with cherry tomatoes confit with thyme and rosemary and two pestos: red and green. Bon appétit.

¡Qué elegancia de plato! 🧑‍🍳 La frescura se siente desde la foto. ¿Qué te inspiró a combinar ambos pestos?

@soldamiani.

@lanamihajlovic Thank you very much. If a dish is made beautifully, it has a lot to gain, beyond just being tasty. Thank you very much, if a dish is made beautifully, it has a lot to gain, beyond just being tasty.

          • That’s a beautiful reminder that flavor doesn’t always need flame. Your burrata dish sounds like a symphony of freshness—herb-infused tomatoes, vibrant pestos, and that creamy center tying it all together. It’s rustic elegance without the smoke, and absolutely mouthwatering.

@judyrusselllive-com-au Indeed, humans used fire to make food more delicious, but we must never forget that before that, heat was not applied to food.
