🧠✨ Do you think this is real… or exaggerated?
They say that when we learn in community, the brain releases up to 3 times more dopamine than when we study alone. In other words: learning together with others not only feels better… it also helps you retain more and advance faster.
In the gastronomic world, where learning is constant and often challenging, surrounding yourself with colleagues, sharing doubts and discovering new approaches can make a big difference.
👥 Tell us:
what does learning in a group bring to you?
is there a concept or technique that has stuck with you from sharing it with others? We want to know how the community has influenced your professional journey. 💬🔥

😅 If that story about 3x more dopamine is true, it explains why I’ve had a full firework show in my brain ever since I started learning on Scoolinary. With my Moderate ADHD, it feels more like a mini disco… one light blinking “new technique,” another “what’s for lunch,” and a third “wait, where did I leave my pen?”
Thanks to this community for all the selfless sharing and constant support, you make learning so much brighter (and way more fun). ❤️1-

@lanamihajlovic You make me laugh so much, Lana 😄 A mini disco of thoughts sounds like the perfect metaphor for creative learning—and honestly, Scoolinary wouldn’t be the same without your spark. What’s one technique that made the “new skill” light flash brightest for you lately? 💡💬

@soldamiani The brightest “new skill” light for me lately was definitely when diving into French cooking techniques.

Absolutely real—and I’ve felt it firsthand. Learning in a community fuels my cooking addiction in the best way. There’s something electric about exchanging ideas, troubleshooting together, and seeing how others interpret the same technique. One moment that stuck with me was a plating tip I picked up during a challenge—it completely changed how I present layered textures. The support, inspiration, and shared growth here are priceless.

@judyrusselllive-com-au 🔥 That “electric” feeling you describe is so real… and contagious. There’s something magical about seeing how one small tip can unlock a whole new level in your cooking. 💬 What’s the next challenge or technique you’re hoping to tackle with the community’s support?
