Rustic Toast with Cottage Cheese, Sautéed Figs and Almonds
Today I prepared some very special toasts. I was given a bread from the mountains, one of those that touches your soul…While toasting, I cut some fresh figs and put them in the pan with extra virgin olive oil and gave them a couple of turns…
On toast, cottage cheese, the sautéed figs, agave syrup, almonds toasted by me. I chopped some basil leaves, chives and oxalis flowers from my garden. I finished with early olive oil from my land (I put it after the photos, a mistake that will not happen again).
The flavors of this toast made by heart have tasted like glory😃.

Tosta Rustica con Queso Cottage, Higos Salteados y Almendras
Hoy he preparado unas tostas muy especiales. Me regalaron un pan de sierra, de esos que te llegan al alma…Mientras se tostaba, corté unos higos frescos y los puse en la sartén con aceite de oliva virgen extra y les dí un par de vueltas…
En las tostas, queso cottage, los higos salteados, sirope de ágave, almendras tostadas por mí. Corté unas hojas de albahaca, cebollino y flores de oxalis de mi jardín. Terminé con aove temprano de mi tierra ( lo puse después de las fotos, un error que no volverá a pasar).
Los sabores de esta tosta hecha a corazón nos han sabido a gloria😃

@sussan_scoolinaryteam Muchas gracias Sussan! La verdad es que esta es la primera que hago así. Tenía que gastar ese queso y los higos llegaron en el mejor momento .. todo fue saliendo sobre la marcha . Quedó estupenda de sabor.
