• Bao bread with cheeks in red wine and sweet and sour sauce.

Yesterday at noon I prepared some fried bao bread, which I filled with a stewed cheeks in red wine, and accompanied it with lettuce and sweet and sour sauce of cream and lemon.

The truth is that it is one of my fetish dishes… I love to make it and I love to eat it!!!!!😅😍.

          • Jorge, this dish sounds absolutely irresistible—comforting, bold, and full of personality. Fried bao bread alone is a treat, but filling it with cheeks stewed in red wine? That’s pure indulgence. The pairing with lettuce and a sweet and sour cream-lemon sauce adds freshness and tang, balancing the richness beautifully.
Calling it your “fetish dish” says it all—it’s clear this is one of those creations that brings you joy every time. And honestly, that kind of passion is what makes food memorable. Keep making it, keep loving it—it’s a signature worth celebrating!
