      Guacamole Smoothie.

From the Cocktail Experience Course: Introduction to Cocktails.

In my version I used Spirumiel (orange blossom honey with spirulina) and whole milk, which is what I had at home.

I garnished it with a little more spirumiel, star anise and crispy spirulina strands.

      • This is such a creative and bold take on mixology—using Spirumiel adds a botanical twist that feels both nourishing and sophisticated. The garnish choices are visually striking and thoughtfully layered, especially the star anise, which brings a touch of elegance and aromatic depth. It’s clear that even with everyday ingredients, there’s a strong sense of intention and artistry here.
There’s something quietly confident about this post: no fuss, just a beautifully executed idea that bridges health and indulgence. It’s the kind of drink that invites curiosity and conversation—definitely one to remember
