Dinner. I enjoy salads. This is a Caprese with red onion, pickles and gildas.

enjoy your meal! it looks really good! 😍

That Caprese with red onion and pickles is a bit out of the classic and that makes it super interesting. The photo has a very natural feel to it, nothing forced, and you can really appreciate each ingredient. You know what I’d like to see? A little more contrast in the presentation, maybe playing with a darker background or a tableware that makes the cheese stand out more. But in general… it makes you want to stick your fork in it!

@cecu6669hotmail-com Jajaja No me odies, Ttore. Abrazo grandote.

@soldamiani No podría odiarte.

I also tell you that you need a course on what type of tableware to use for each recipe. Now I throw the gauntlet to you, hahahahahahahahaha

          • Antonio, your salad is a fun spin on the classic Caprese—fresh, simple, and full of personality. The red onion adds a nice bite, the pickles bring a tangy twist. Total flavor bombs. I can tell you enjoy salads, and this one’s got that laid-back, dinner-time charm with just enough edge to keep things interesting.

@judyrusselllive-com-au Thank you very much. That’s right. I think more importance is given to starters and main courses than to salads and desserts. Don’t get me wrong. What we most order when we go to a restaurant is a lot of nibbling, and a main course and salads, yes, sometimes, and desserts are almost always the same, and we arrive full. I’m talking about the area where I live. But without wanting to get into trouble, I recently had an idea, and from that moment on, I never made them any different. These are lettuce hearts that I grill, and I add some Cantabrian anchovies and strips of Tolosa peppers. Dressing? Extra virgin olive oil, a teaspoon of mustard, salt, and a good sherry vinegar.

Muchas gracias.
