Just today, I commented to @mercedesminaya in one of her great appetizers that sometimes the simplest thing is the tastiest. And so was today’s dinner: a lacón with steamed potatoes seasoned with olive oil and smoked paprika, with a salad of tomato and arugula, both picked at the moment from the garden. Justo hoy, le comentaba a @mercedesminaya en uno de sus estupendos aperitivos que a veces lo más sencillo es lo más rico. Y así ha sido la cena de hoy: un lacón con patata al vapor aliñado con aove y pimentón ahumado, con una ensalada de tomate y rúcula, ambos cogidos al momento del huerto.
