Yesterday I presented a carpaccio of cucumber, grapes, kiwi and chives flowers for the #greenchallenge. The recipe is my own creation and from the beginning I was clear about the ingredients I wanted to incorporate. But I gave a lot of thought to the plating and, in fact, I prepared two proposals to see which one I liked the most. Once the two dishes were done, my choice was the carpaccio that I presented yesterday… but I would also like to share the other plating option… I would like to know your opinion. Do you agree with me?

This one looks like a little floral carpet of cucumbers… super neat, symmetrical, almost zen. The toppings on top look like tiny jewels, giving it a very delicate vibe.

But let’s be real, if someone served me either version, I wouldn’t complain for a second. 😅
