Matcha latte. I continue with the simpler versions of this challenge. This time with a recipe from Ken Ochiai’s course, baking with Matcha Tea.
It didn’t turn out as green as he did, I guess because the quality of the tea wasn’t the same, but I have to admit that I was surprised. I hadn’t tried Matcha before and I had my doubts about whether I would like the taste, but it was a success.
The pre-mixing of the tea with a little hot water to avoid lumps is the most entertaining thing.

Matcha latte. Sigo con las versiones mĂ¡s sencillas de este reto. Esta vez con una receta del curso de Ken Ochiai, pastelerĂa con TĂ© Matcha.
No me quedĂ³ tan verde como a Ă©l, supongo que porque la calidad del tĂ© no era la misma, pero tengo que reconocer que me ha sorprendido. No habĂa probado el Matcha y tenĂa mis dudas sobre si me gustarĂa el sabor, pero ha sido un Ă©xito.
La mezcla previa del tĂ© con poco de agua caliente para evitar grumos es lo mĂ¡s entretenido.

Yo no he probado aĂºn el tĂ© mactcha pero creo que me voy a animar.
Pues a pesar de no tener el verde intenso a mi me parece muy apetecible. Me gusta esa sencillez controlada 😉😍😍
