Without very prepared photos to show off, and from the Mexican Food course of Chef Paloma Ortiz, I present a Cochinita Pibil, a very traditional dish, which derives from the syncretism of Spanish and Mexican culture, prepared to celebrate my husband’s birthday! 7 hours of slow cooking that was worth every minute!!!

        • So glad you posted this as I was going to try that recipe this week. My hubby is going away for a week and he doesnt like mexican food, so my daughter and I are having a week of mexican food from the same course. I’m excited to see this result.
