🚀#GreenChallenge. Green is not just a color, it’s a creative decision.

This challenge is for those who know how to transform ingredients into concept, technique into art and color into emotion. If green can tell a story on your plate, you’re ready for the #GreenChallenge.

      🌱 Chromotherapy in action

did you know that the color green on your plate brings not only beauty but also wellness? According to chromotherapy, green foods have depurative and revitalizing properties: they help cleanse the liver and digestive system. Incorporating green vegetables is not just an aesthetic decision-it’s a way to nourish body and mind.

And in haute cuisine, chefs like Lucia Freitas have taken this idea even further: cooking based on vegetable chromaticism, creating entire menus around a single color and what it communicates.

It shows that color is also narrative.

That green is not just a detail, but the total identity of the dish: ingredients, technique, presentation and concept. It is about challenging oneself, thinking in a vegetable key, applying technical knowledge to achieve dishes that make a visual impact and surprise the palate.

      what do we expect?

A dish where the color green is present in all its nuances: pure chlorophyll, vibrant lime, jade, pistachio, matcha, olive, asparagus, mint, huacatay, spirulina… anything goes, if you know how to work with technique and criteria.

what do you have to share?

      • Photo of your final dish (presentation matters a lot).
      • Name of the dish.
      • Your level: Pro or Amateur.
      • Detail the ingredients and how you treated the green color (did you use bleach? gelling agents? homemade chlorophyll? did you add something?).
      • Techniques applied (be specific: direct spherification, siphoning, infusion, dehydrating, foams, veils…).

      🏆We will choose TWO winners

Tips and ideas to inspire you:

how about creating an asparagus risotto with chlorophyll veil and kaffir lime gel? A vegetable tartar with wasabi foam, fermented kale powder and textured green oil? Or a dessert with basil ice cream, matcha sponge cake and mint crystal?

The limit is your creativity and technical mastery.

      what can you win?

🏆250 Scoolipoints and a Challenge Badge

      📆Deadline: August 25 23:59 CET

Don’t forget to include the hashtag #GreenChallenge

Master this wonderful color. We’ll read you on the plates.
