La combinación de colores está muy bien lograda y da sensación de frescura. El corte del secreto es limpio y uniforme.. por cierto me encanta además el nombre que elegiste: “secreto de cerdo” suena sabroso y con personalidad, ¡muy bien pensado!. La foto tiene buena luz natural y hace que se pueda apreciar claramente cada elemento del platillo.
Una pregunta,¿Cómo controlaste el punto del secreto de la carne? ¿Tienes algún truco para que quede jugoso al wok sin pasarse?
