Mil gracias por compartir este gazpacho, ¡solo con verlo ya refresca!. La textura está súper bien lograda y los trocitos por encima le dan ese toque crujiente que tanto gusta. Además, el fondo con el jardín… ¡puro verano! (mándame un poquito de sol, que por este lado morimos de frió).
¿Sueles hacerlo siempre así o a veces te gusta experimentar con algún toque distinto? Por ejemplo, un chorrito de aceite infusionado o unas uvas peladas pueden dar una vuelta interesante.
