Thank you for showing us the result of Chef Koldo’s course, it was beautiful! The plating is very well thought out, I like the combination of heights with the bread, the use of the toothpick to give it structure and the colorful ingredients make it visually very attractive.
Also, the way you presented it on the board, with the paper and bowls lined up, adds a very nice and warm touch.

Gracias por mostrarnos el resultado del curso del chef Koldo, ¡te quedó precioso! El emplatado está muy bien pensado, me gusta la combinación de alturas con el pan, el uso del palillo para darle estructura y el colorido de los ingredientes lo hacen visualmente muy atractivo.
Además, la forma en que lo presentaste en la tabla, con el papel y los boles alineados, aporta un toque muy bonito y cálido.
