A cool recipe to beat the heat. A simple salmon tartar: with avocado, red onion, lime, cilantro, extra virgin olive oil, salt and a few leaves of arugula as decoration

thanks for sharing this fresh and appetizing recipe, Bea!
The tartar looks delicious, and the plating with the ring and the arugula detail gives it a very neat and elegant touch. I can imagine how well it must combine the smoothness of the avocado with the freshness of the lime and cilantro, a perfect mix for summer!

do you usually marinate the salmon a bit before or do you prepare everything on the spot? I’d love to know how you handle that point!.✨

@sussan_scoolinaryteam gracias, Sussan.

this tartar looks super appetizing: juicy, well bound and with a touch of freshness that is easy on the eyes. The contrast of the green with the salmon looks great in the photo. We love to see these preparations so well cared for, thank you for sharing it!

do you have any special technique to choose the ripeness of the avocado to achieve that creamy texture without it falling apart in the tartar?
