I love boquerones en vinagre (anchovies in vinegar) and I often eat them as an appetizer. But I always buy them prepared. I’ve never prepared them at home and I don’t know if it will be worth it… but I decided to try 😊 Here I am, in the moment cleaning

How nice to see that you took the plunge. That cleaning moment is quite a ritual, isn’t it? Cold water, patience… and a lot of enthusiasm for what comes next.
Just by deciding to make them at home, you are winning. They look very well cared for and that is key for them to be really tasty.
And now that you’re getting started… are you going to prepare them in the classic style with garlic and parsley, or do you have some creative twist in mind? I already want to see the final result 😍.Level:Scoolinary Team

If they are white and smooth, it will have been worth it, they are delicious with garlic and chopped parsley, a good splash of a good oil is the best
