Chapatas with spinach sourdough and seeds.

A few days ago I saw this recipe and, as I had to take advantage of some spinach I had in the fridge, I got my hands on the dough and this is the result.

      • It looks delicious! That’s a nice crumb structure on the bread too.

Mercedes, what a pleasure to see your chapattas with spinach and seed sourdough. The honeycombed structure is very good, you notice a generous hydration and a well-controlled fermentation. In addition, the faint green color gives it an original and healthy touch. Do you dare to experiment with other flours or vary the seeds to explore new textures?
you’re on an excellent path, don’t stop baking and continue to refine your technique!✨

🌱 What a pleasure to come across this basket full of chapatas full of life. The photos are very well composed: careful framing, good light and that close-up of the inner cut… it’s a poem of alveoli! 👏✨

The crumb looks great, and those seeds on top must add the perfect crunch. Nothing beats the smell of homemade bread!
