Not long ago I shared with you the process of pickled quail. Today I show you the salad I prepare with the meat of these quails, romaine lettuce, lamb’s lettuce, lamb’s lettuce, avocado and a vinaigrette that I prepare by emulsifying part of the pickled juice with olive oil. It is a delicious salad, very complete and full of flavor

Bea,your proposed salad with pickled quail looks super tasty and well thought out.

The use of the pickle juice for the vinaigrette is a high point, very clever and tasty! The leaves look fresh and well selected. The photos are well lit, natural and with a background that is not distracting, although a shot closer to the center might further enhance the juiciness of the quail.

have you considered adding any acidic or fruity elements to further balance? A touch of pomegranate or some diced apple could add brightness, color and a refreshing counterpoint.

Thanks for sharing with the community.🙌

@beatriztorijagmail-com Jajaja, ¡me encanta Bea!

¡A seguir creando y compartiendo!❤️

It looks very fresh and with the pickled quail it must have a special flavor.

This salad has soul and memory. The mixture of leaves with shredded quail adds texture, and the detail of using the pickle juice for the vinaigrette… that’s conscious and tasty cooking! It occurs to me that adding a little yogurt to it could make it ten thousand. Do you usually use yogurt for lineups, dear Bea?
