@sussan_scoolinaryteam el tomate, cln un poco de sal y aove, es como mejor. Y el pepino, para hazpachos, ensaladas, y ¡en sandwich!. Había leido que es un tipo de sandwich tradicilnal en el Reino Unido, y que la reina de Inglaterra lo tomaba a diario. El año pasado decidí probar. Pan de molde sin tostar, con un poco de mayondsa y el pepino en rodajitas finas. Nada más. Lo preparé por probar con pocas expectativas… y me encantó.
