      • OMG! This is so cool! How long did you let the melon marinate? Nice presentation!

Your presentation of melon macerated with spirulina, lime and basil is really charming: fresh and original, the texture of the melon together with the whipped cream base tinged with spirulina and lime zest creates a contrast that makes me want to try it immediately.
I really like the way you integrate spirulina into your preparations, not only does it add a very nice and creative touch to the presentation, but it also adds a nutritional value that enriches the dish even more.
congratulations for this very careful work! It is a real pleasure to see proposals like this.❤

hi Mer! ✨ This dish has an aesthetic that catches: the melon cubes are impeccable, the foamy base in that soft green is hypnotic, and the golden and crunchy touches elevate the whole thing. It looks like it came out of a signature cuisine restaurant!
what is the most unexpected thing you have learned about spirulina while working with it in the kitchen? Can we say that you are the person who knows the most and has experimented the most with spirulina in this Community -and in Spain-?
I love that you have adapted Rodrigo’s technique with such creativity. If you’re up for it, upload this photo to your Instagram stories and tag @scoolinary_es and the chef, I’m sure he’ll be surprised to see your version! 🌱💫

What an original and refreshing idea! The combination of spirulina, lime, and basil sounds so vibrant and that golden touch adds such a unique elegance. Would love to try this!
