Un platillo clásico pero que con tu toque le diste un sentido y presentación distinta muy bonita por cierto. Las bolitas de melón cantalupo están muy bien logradas y el toque de hierbabuena es un acierto visual y aromático que suma modernidad.
¿Has pensado en jugar con contrastes de temperatura o texturas, como incorporar un crujiente o servir el melón bien frío en una base templada?
