I close this weekend and Sunday with my #epicfall.
Yes, the stars and planets aligned today to make this post, hahaha!
To keep it short, I’m going to tell you that today I was preparing a gift for a friend who is not going through a good time.My idea was to make alfajores because they are her favorite, and I say it was because they never became alfajores.
Although I know this recipe by heart, this time I decided to make only half of it. But, once I weighed the ingredients in half, for some strange reason I used the full amount of butter instead of half. As a result, I got a beautiful melted panel of alfajor dough.
what do you do in these cases when you don’t have much time? Well, I just made a quick carrot cake.It wasn’t what I wanted to do, but well… it happens to all of us. 🙈

Sí! Los astros y planetas se alinearon hoy para poder hacer este post, ¡jajaja!
Para no hacerlo tan largo, les cuento que hoy me disponía a preparar un regalo para una amiga que no está pasando por un buen momento.Mi idea era hacer alfajores por que son sus favoritos, y digo era porque nunca llegaron a ser alfajores.
Aunque esta receta me la sé de memoria, esta vez decidí hacer solo la mitad. Pero, una vez pesados los ingredientes a la mitad, por alguna extraña razón usé la cantidad completa de mantequilla en lugar de la mitad. Como resultado, obtuve un hermoso panel derretido de masa de alfajor.
¿Qué se hace en estos casos cuando no tienes mucho tiempo? Pues yo solo atiné a preparar un cake rápido de zanahoria.No era lo que quería hacer, pero bueno… a todos nos pasa. 🙈
