After a few busy days with the family, I finally have a little time to respond and thank so many signs of affection received in the post that @soldamiani dedicated to me a few days ago when I reached the Executive Chef level.
I promised her that I would tell her something about my career and here I am.
When I found Scoolinary on the net, I saw it as something unattainable, I thought I would never have the level to enter here. Until one Epiphany night in 2023 I gave myself a one-year subscription, starting my adventure and immersing myself in courses that took me where I never imagined. I started with the plating and Smartphone Photography courses (I don’t have a camera). Those courses are essential if you want to do something “decent” in your presentations.
It has been a long journey, of course, with good and not so good days because I entered with a complicated family situation that requires most of my time. In spite of that I have given everything I could and I am happy because I have achieved what I set out to do when the Master Game was launched, to reach the maximum level in less than a year (my limit was the end of July and I had a month to spare😉 ).
For me it has been the biggest challenge. Posting almost every day in this time has not been easy but I will also tell you that it has been like a medicine for me since it has been a very complicated year in which I have lost the person who trusted me the most. To her I dedicate this achievement 🙌✨. Getting to the end of the day and dedicating some time to the community was that incentive I needed to keep going without losing my mind.
Preparing the challenges, discovering in each course something new to then put it into practice and share it, has been a wonderful experience that I hope to continue for a long time although from now on it will be different.
In addition to learning I have found in this community wonderful people with an impressive human quality. Thanks to @soldamiani and @sussan_scoolinaryteam for always being there, taking care that everything is fine, encouraging and pushing us to give the best version of ourselves. They are already part of my life and of course also my partners with whom I share this passion for cooking and with whom I learn something new every day, without you it would not have been possible to get here. And of course, thanks to the rest of the Scoolinary team for bringing us the best chefs in the world to teach us in their courses. THANK YOU !!!
Now I will not be as active as before, with the summer, vacations and family it is difficult for me and I have decided to go to bed earlier because I need to rest. I also want to dedicate more time to the courses, but I will continue sharing with you because that’s what we are here for.

Después de unos días ajetreados con la familia, por fin tengo un ratito para responder y agradecer tantas muestras de cariño recibidas en el post que @soldamiani me dedicó hace unos días cuando alcancé el nivel Executive Chef.
Le prometí a ella que contaría algo de mi trayectoria y aquí estoy.
Cuando encontré a Scoolinary en la red, lo veia como algo inalcanzable, creía que yo no tendría nunca el nivel para entrar aquí. Hasta que una noche de Reyes en el 2023 me autoregalé la suscripción por un año, iniciando mi aventura y sumergiéndome en cursos que me llevaron donde nunca imaginé. Empecé con los cursos de emplatados y el de Fotografía con Smartphone ( yo no tengo cámara de fotos ). Esos cursos son esenciales si quieres hacer algo “decente” en tus presentaciones.
Ha sido un recorrido largo, desde luego que si, con dias buenos y no tan buenos pues entré con una situación familiar algo complicada que requiere la mayor parte de mi tiempo. A pesar de eso he dado todo lo que he podido y estoy feliz porque he conseguido lo que me propuse cuando saltó el Master Game, llegar al máximo nivel en algo menos de un año ( mi limite era finales de Julio y me ha sobrado un mes😉 ).
Para mi ha sido el mayor reto. Postear casi a diario en este tiempo no ha sido fácil pero también os diré que ha sido como una medicina para mi ya que ha sido un año muy complicado en el que he perdido a la persona que más confiaba en mí. A ella le dedico este logro 🙌✨. Llegar al final del día y dedicar un tiempo a la comunidad era ese aliciente que necesitaba para seguir adelante sin perder la cabeza.
Preparar los retos, descubrir en cada curso algo nuevo para después ponerlo en práctica y compartirlo, a sido una experiencia maravillosa que espero siga por mucho tiempo aunque a partir de ahora sea diferente.
Además del aprendizaje he encontrado en esta comunidad a gente maravillosa y con una calidad humana impresionante. Gracias a @soldamiani y a @sussan_scoolinaryteam por estar ahÍ siempre, cuidando que todo esté bien, animando y empujando para que demos la mejor versión de nosotros. Ellas ya son parte de mi vida ,(sin ellas no habría sido posible llegar hasta aquí ). Por supuesto también mis compañer@s con los que comparto esta pasión por cocinar y con los que aprendo algo nuevo cada día. Y como no, gracias al resto del equipo de Scoolinary por traernos a los mejores chefs del mundo para enseñarnos en sus cursos. GRACIAS !!!
Ahora no estaré tan activa como antes. Con el verano, vacaciones y familia se me hace difícil y me he propuesto irme antes a la cama porque me hace falta descansar, trasnochar y madrugar no es sano y tengo que recuperar horas de sueño.También quiero dedicar mas tiempo a los cursos, pero seguiré compartiendo con vosotros aunque no sea a diario porque para eso estamos aquí.

Creo que tu mas que nadie conoce mi historia desde el principio, hemos tenido muchas conversaciones y ya está todo dicho. Pero a pesar de eso, tienes la capacidad de volver a emocionarme en cada comentario, de hacerme reír, de no saltarme nunca y de llevarme con tus propuestas hasta donde ni yo imaginaria.
