@sussan_scoolinaryteam la patata y el bonito en conserva son imprescindibles en esta ensalada, para mí. Y es una ensalada en la que me gustan los ingredientes cortados de forma tosca, jugando con unos ingredientes más grandes, otros más pequeños.
Y sí, generalmente aliño una pizca para unir todo, dejo enfriar, y luego en momento de comer, ya echo un buen chorreón de aceite

@beatriztorijagmail-com ¡Qué linda respuesta, Bea! Coincido totalmente contigo,la patata y el bonito son el corazón de la ensalada campera, ¡sin ellos no sería lo mismo!.Y ese juego de cortes más rústicos le da un aire muy auténtico y casero, como de cocina vivida, que me encanta.
Tu forma de aliñarla también me parece muy acertada: esa primera pizca para integrar sabores y el buen chorreón justo al servir… ¡es un detalle clave para mantenerla fresca y sabrosa!
