I have a small space in the garden, separate from the lawn, where I put a small arugula plant last year. Not only has it spread, but it is wild!

So now I eat arugula daily in a thousand and one ways. Every day, mid-morning, I have a delicious cheese spread, walnuts and arugula sandwich. I invite you to try this combination.

However, it has nothing to do with arugula bought in salad bags. This one has a very very intense flavor, a little bit spicy 😋😋😋😋😋.

Your arugula sounds like a wild little beast! 😄 And honestly, that sandwich with cheese, walnuts, and arugula sounds like the perfect daily ritual 😋

beatriz, your arugula took the garden by surprise!

The combination you propose has a freshness and texture that looks delicious, and the way it protrudes from the bread gives it a natural and appetizing touch. The colorful, lighthearted background adds a lot to the charm of the image, although if you wanted to take it a step further, you could try a diagonal cut to show the inside of the sandwich more clearly and visually balance the composition.

have you tried using that same wild arugula in pestos or as the base of a smooth cream for cold starters? You might be surprised by the result
thanks for sharing this homemade little gem with us! 🙌

I love the idea of planting herbs, vegetables and so on. It’s a fantastic idea and solution.

Your arugula looks splendid. I’ll write down the sandwich idea, it looks delicious.

Your rucula is splendid, I have mine in a small piece only because I have it together with the aromatics and it is also huge. The taste is not comparable with the purchased one. I encourage you to plant your own vegetables, apart from the flavor and aroma they give off, you can not imagine the satisfaction it gives to see how they grow every day.

What a wonderful arugula! Of course the taste is more genuine and on top of that you know it’s healthier. That sandwich is pure energy !!! 😍

What a good idea, with the arugula I eat, you have convinced me, I will put another in my flower bed, it is also full of oregano that has been spreading

De hecho no me he atrevido a usarla 😅😅😅
