What a joy to see your aji de gallina dish, thanks for sharing!
The contrast of colors in that bowl is super interesting, the vibrant yellow of the chili, the loose rice and those olives that add texture and flavor. The natural sun helps to highlight each ingredient, although you could try a soft shadow or indirect light to avoid so much brightness and give more prominence to the details of the dish.
I love to hear that you enjoyed it so much, I’m a fan of this dish too! What surprised you the most when you prepared it for the first time? The texture, the flavor, the technique?

If you liked this recipe, you could continue with other Peruvian Creole cuisine recipes that we have on the platform. They will excite you as much as this one, keep cooking with that passion.

        • sussan Estela Olaya, hello, how are you? I tell you that what I love about this dish is the flavor of the yellow chili, which I tell you is somewhat difficult to get, that Bolivia is next to Peru, completely changes the taste of the chicken, the cheese gives a fantastic creaminess, the bad thing is that as we are already in winter it cooled quickly, I had to heat the chicken 3 times🤭.and about the photo, it is still difficult to take a good one, in my garden, in this winter season there is either shade very quickly or the opposite, sun and does not allow to appreciate the dish well, but I assure you that it was with a good presentation

          • @Sussan Estela Olaya in addition to the milk and bread, which gives it the typical creaminess, I put grated Creole cheese, try it, the flavor is incredible
