of course I didn’t stay behind and I also made my version of the Chocolate Raspberry Cake at the Scoolinary Brigade Cooking Workshop!🤓.
I’m super happy with the result: the taste, the texture of the cake… everything turned out great!🍓🍫🫐 Even though I replaced the vegetable cream and milk with their animal versions, and I didn’t use agar agar, the semi whipped cream by hand turned out quite worthy (not to say very worthy!). I replaced the raspberries with blueberries and added some orange slices and mint for decoration. Delicious.i invite you to try this recipe, it’s totally worth it!

Estoy súper conforme con el resultado: el sabor, la textura del bizcocho… ¡todo quedó genial!🍓🍫🫐 A pesar de que reemplacé la nata vegetal y la leche por sus versiones animales, y no usé agar agar, la nata semimontada a mano quedó bastante digna (¡por no decir dignísima!). Reemplacé las frambuesas por arándanos y agregué unas rodajas de naranaja y menta para la decoración. Deliciosa.¡Les invito a probar esta receta, vale totalmente la pena!
