Your tomato rice with mussels looks very tasty and with a very well achieved mellow texture. The shine on the surface indicates a well-worked sofrito, and the integration of the seafood is very well resolved. As a technical suggestion, you could try a final touch of fresh herbs (such as parsley or tarragon) to give chromatic contrast and freshness to the dish. How do you manage the point of the rice in such juicy dishes? Do you usually look for a more al dente finish or do you prefer a creamier and creamier bottom? Keep cooking this delicious! I’m here for whatever you need for your next preparation 🙌
