to bad weather, good face’, the saying goes, so in the middle of a big storm with lightning, thunder and hail I share with you this delicious chocolate bundt cake. Perfect to take with a warm coffee and watch the storm under cover.
The truth is that I made it some time ago and I don’t know why, I had not shared it here… I think I caught it in the middle of one of those challenges that brought us head over heels for a good season 😅

‘Al mal tiempo, buena cara’, dice el refrán, así que en mitad de una gran tormenta con rayos, truenos y granizo os comparto este delicioso bundt cake de chocolate. Perfecto para tomar con un café calentito y ver la tormenta a cubierto.
La verdad es que lo hice hace tiempo y no sé por qué, no lo había compartido por aquí… creo que pilló en medio de uno de esos challenges que nos trajo de cabeza una buena temporada 😅

Ese molde espiral siempre luce espectacular, y con el brillo del chocolate se ve aún más tentador.
Me encantó cómo conectaste el momento con la receta: ese combo de tormenta + café + bizcocho recién hecho suena a refugio perfecto. Aunque lo hayas preparado hace tiempo, ¡qué bueno que decidiste compartirlo ahora!
¿Este bundt cake surgió a partir de alguno de los cursos que estabas siguiendo en la plataforma?.

@sussan_scoolinaryteam Gracias Sussan. Es una receta de bizcocho de chocolate que hago desde hace mucho, aunque antes la preparaba en moldes más tradicionales, y ahora me gusta usar este tan bonito para bundts… que lo hace tan atractivo.
La verdad es que aunque la receta en sí no pertenece a ningún curso de la plataforma, sí que debo decir que de los cursos a veces se sacan consejos que tan valiosos o más, que las propias recetas.
En este sentido debo mencionar a Joanan Artieda, es tan didáctica que siempre da consejos super valiosos en materia de repostería. La manera en que hago cualquier tipo de bizcocho, por ejemplo, ha cambiado desde que hice su curso ‘Masas en pastelería’. Como batir para que las masas queden más aireadas… no sé, da un montón de consejos valiosísimos 😃

Sin duda lo más importante es que el bizcocho esté bien hecho: jugoso, esponjoso… pero el molde es también importantísimo… comemos por los ojos también, al fin y al cabo. Y al hacer una fotografía, cuidar los detalles del entorno es también vital. Ahora que lo dices, no hice foto con el corte… creo que al instante de cortarlo me olvidé de la cámara, de los encuadres y de hasta cómo me llamo 🤣🤣🤣🤤
