Hazelnut pesto with 3 different types of nags (classic, with cheese and with paprika) and cheese and rosemary crackers.

The pesto is a version of the peanut pesto recipe from the “Sweet and savory cooking with nuts” course and the crackers are from Ximena Llosa’s “Masas de Ximena Llosa” course

Mercedes, I like your presentation, it is harmonious and neat, with an order that invites to taste each element. The nags have a very nice golden color, if you like for a next presentation you could play a little more with the sizes or shapes so that the three types can be better distinguished visually. The cheese and rosemary crackers look very well done in texture. Tell us,which of the three versions of regañás did you find the most challenging or fun to prepare?
If you are excited to continue exploring these types of preparations, I recommend the lesson “Gourmet Cocktail Snacks” and also “Creative Vegetarian Cooking”, where the versatility of dips and doughs is worked on.
        Thanks for sharing.😊

@Sussan Estela Olaya muchas gracias Sussan.

            Sussan.

That hazelnut pesto sounds incredible! Love the idea of using three types of nags to add layers of flavor and texture! Definitely a snack spread I’d dive into without hesitation!
