If @soldamiani says he’d like to see the mess of broken sunnies… said and done.
I really wasn’t exaggerating when I said around 50 shattered sunnies. By the way, now I have a tupper full of cuttings and chocolate chips that I’m eating… because, hey, sorrows, with chocolate, always pass better 😁🤤.

thanks for sharing the photos, Beatriz! I’m glad you were encouraged to show us the “mess” of sunnies, because even if they broke, it’s part of the learning process… and it’s happened to all of us at some time!

As I mentioned before, if you try to make the chocolate a little thicker and cut it before it finishes crystallizing completely, it is very likely that the solecitos will come out more whole and with a better shape
I love that you keep practicing and sharing your progress, have you noticed if some molds work better than others with this preparation? Sometimes that also plays a role.

keep up the good work! You’re doing great and I’m sure they’ll come out firmer on your next try. ❤️

Volveré a intentarlo🥰

Rome wasn’t built in a day, Bea! 😂 Although with all these suns, we could beautify a whole city. I admire your tenacity and resilience – bravo for these little suns! The next ones will surely be better. I have no doubt about it.

You can not say that you did not put interest. A pity so much work there without going out but look on the bright side, as you say now to eat chocolate that will be delicious .
Surely later when you try again they will come out great😉.

This is the kind of chaos I live for 😅 Nothing says dedication like 50 shattered sunnies and a tupper full of chocolate “collateral damage.” Honestly, who needs therapy when you have chocolate chips and pastry scraps? 🍫🙌
