For true friends – true bruschettas!
Made to their wishes, with a touch of my love:
1. Cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, and garlic – because classics never go out of style.
2. Feta cheese, spring onions, and cucumber in lemon – a refreshing bite that tastes like summer.
3. Mozzarella and prosciutto – for those who love a bit of Italy in every bite.
4. Mushrooms and caramelized onions – earthy, warm flavors for the soul.
Baguettes are coated with olive oil and garlic.
Happy friends, empty plates – mission accomplished!

Oh!!! How delicious!!! How I love that casual snacking and eating with my hands. I would start with the first one and go through all of them, and… I wouldn’t leave a single one!

Oh!! Qué delicia!!! Cómo me gusta ese picoteo informal y comer con las manos. Empezaría por la primera y pasando por todas, y… ¡no dejaría ni una!

@Beatriz Torija In this case, my favorite is the mushroom bruschetta. I had some left over, so we did it again yesterday 😂 At the same time, I upgraded it a bit, the cucumbers got fried bacon, chopped. I liked that version. We ate the prosciutto, so I made a version with roasted peppers and Duvan cracklings.

@undefined how I like the idea of preparing a dish again to take advantage of leftovers, but at the same time improvising variations to adapt the recipe to what is finished and what is not… just today, we repeated dinner: sobrasada toast with fried quail egg, to finish with the eggs that we had left 😁.

@Beatriz Torija Today was the first day without bruschetta, but people are still talking about them and who is the favorite. But also today was a new spontaneous day for socializing. At one point I saw that the neighbor came out to clean our parking lot. Alone! The rain brought a lot of dirt and gravel. And then I went out to help him. Then my husband came out. Then another neighbor came out. And in the end, I decided to make everyone a salad meal (pasta, grilled chicken, cheese, cucumbers, fried bacon and parmesan for sprinkling), so the neighbor decided to make a Banana Split (banana, ice cream mixed with espresso, whipped cream and chocolate topping). In the end, another neighbor gave us all slimming tea. 😂 The agreement is that from tomorrow we are on detox for 10 days. 😂😂😂

We HAVE TO figure out how to make Serbia closer to Argentina🤔.
I could never pick one. All of them are so inviting, such good combinations of flavors!Level:Scoolinary Team

@Sol Damiani How nice it would be if we were all in the same neighborhood. ☺️ We would all weigh 200 kg, but every day would be a party. In this story, we had bruschetta for dinner at the end of three days 😂. I made too much of the mixture so we just kept adding new flavors. 🤪
