I guess you already know this little digital scale but if there is still someone around here who does not know about it, I will tell you that it became an indispensable utensil in my kitchen. I’ve had it for a while now and I’m delighted with it. It is accurate, weighs from 0.1 gram and is stored like a normal spoon taking up little space. These days that we are on a challenge it is being very useful😉.

You can find it on Amazon or many other websites

I must say that after reading your post I feel the need to buy one hahaha. How useful it really is and I like it because it doesn’t take up much space. So later I’m going to go to Amazon.

Thanks Maloles for bringing us these gastronomic gadgets that make our lives easier. ❤️

Very useful and a must have. I have a tiny, rectangular one and I use it with a tiny bowl or a small plastic tub of ice cream. In the case of your spoon, it already has the container incorporated. It took me a while to buy it, but I can’t do without it.

Ah, yes, that little digital scale is a total game-changer! Precision is everything in baking and haute cuisine, and having a tool that weighs down to 0.1 grams is just priceless.

Those utensils you’d “take to a desert island,” right? 😆 👏 This spoon scale is a top pick, especially for precision baking or pastry making. Do you have any tricks or resources that you use with it? For example, how do you integrate it into your mise en place or recipes with lots of dry ingredients? 😉
