From the plating course, I’m learning that it doesn’t need to be fancy to look nice, and that garnishes should complement the flavor.

i present to you my breakfast, simple scrambled eggs with ham, but instead of parsley, I decided to put some jalapeño pieces.

Thanks for showing us your result of the course and I’m glad to hear that the course is helping you.The jalapeños as a finishing touch are a great idea, they sure add an interesting twist to the flavor.
did you try other combinations before deciding on the jalapeño?

Love this approach! Simple, thoughtful plating that highlights flavor is the way to go. Jalapeño instead of parsley adds such a fun kick and personality to your breakfast. Sometimes, less is definitely more, especially when it packs a punch!
