• I have been taking several bakery courses to learn the most important techniques because before I did not get the bread I was preparing. Thanks to this platform I have been able to learn in a deeper way in this world and now I understand which were the mistakes I was making.

Here I tried Japanese Bread with the “Tangzhong” method and decided to present it in individual buns. I decided to give it a milk bath instead of the egg bath. I used all-purpose flour as it is what I had available at the moment but it is much more recommendable to use baker’s flour. Anyway, the result was incredible and the bread was super fluffy and soft 🥰.

what a pleasure to read about your experience! It turned out amazing and you can see how spongy it is with that soft and appetizing crumb.

We are very happy to know that through Scoolinary you have been able to identify those details that were difficult for you before and now you enjoy the process and the result.

I love that you tried dipping it in milk, I’m sure it gave a softer touch to the crust. Would you dare to try it with bakery flour next time to see how the texture changes? I’m sure you’d be surprised.

And by the way, I was curious, how did you get to know the Scoolinary platform? Are there any other courses you would like to take or techniques you are interested in learning? We would love to continue accompanying you on your learning journey. ❤️
