The weather forecast is predicting rain again in the area where I live for the next few days… so, as soon as a ray of sunshine comes out… I try to take advantage of it. To have an aperitif in the sun or lunch. A glass of wine and a light salad of tomato, burrata, black olives and basil. And a good extra virgin olive oil, of course 😎.

Burrata and tomatoes are a match made in heaven, especially with good olive oil. Hope you get more sunny breaks to enjoy moments like this! 🌞

@lanamihajlovic when we have a lot of sunny days, we don’t take advantage of them as much. This year, since it’s raining a lot, as soon as a sunny day appears, we rush out to set up a table, some chairs and a yummy snack 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I see no better plan than to sit at that table and enjoy. Take advantage of the sunshine as long as it doesn’t rain!
