I tried making precooked pizza which turned out very well, the dough was delicious, and I finished it the next day 😁🤙.
In my case I made small pizza of 160gr and I put the.oven at 400° base and 380°C top, but I burned the base 😵, I tried again with 360° base and 320° top and it turned out well😁. I tell this as all ovens are different.
I added roasted red bell pepper, red onion, basil and a little garlic oil confit, it is very tasty 🤤.

what a joy to see the result and to know that you were encouraged to try it after Sussan’s comments, Chef Alfredo! This is undoubtedly a resounding success: the crumb is light, the honeycombing is super well achieved, and the golden brown of the edge has that right point of rusticity and crunchiness 😍.
Also, the toppings chosen are a gem: the roasted bell bell pepper, the red onion, the basil and that garlic confit oil… a combination that screams flavor and balance! 🔥🍕
And yes… that Messi sticker on the thermos doesn’t go unnoticed*😄⚽ I loved it! You live in Chile but you’re Argentinean? You can see the heart in the pizza and mate 😉🇦🇷
Keep it up, this is already shaping up to be a very promising pizza path! Are you up for sharing a version with some surprise toppings soon?Level:Scoolinary Team

That sounds like a delicious experiment! 🍕 The dough turning out well is a great sign, and your toppings sound amazing… roasted red bell pepper, red onion, and that garlic oil confit must have added so much flavor! 🔥 It’s definitely true that every oven behaves differently, so it’s awesome that you adjusted the temperature to get the perfect result. It’s always rewarding when you perfect a recipe like that.
