What inspired me the most during the masterclass was Chef Anna Gordon’s genuine passion and generosity. The way she shared her knowledge, with warmth, clarity, and such infectious enthusiasm, reminded me that baking is not just about precision, but about heart.
I also deeply appreciated the beautiful energy of our all-women team. The sense of community, encouragement, and mutual support we gave each other made the experience even more meaningful.

I loved the experience, thank you very much for making it possible. The chef Anna Gordon is a delight, super close and you can see all the passion she has for baking and she shared her knowledge with us with great affection. Besides giving us some tips, she transmitted us the importance of traveling, listening, experimenting, having an open mind and open eyes to know what other people do, with other flavors, other cultures and learn from it and take it to our field and cook with the heart.
