Now that’s a pizza that knows how to work a texture symphony! 🎶🍕 The base looks beautifully crisp with just the right amount of char-that perfect snap when you bite into the crust. The melted mozzarella and cured cheese form a rich, gooey layer that contrasts deliciously with the delicate melt-in-your-mouth prosciutto crudo. The spicy salami brings the boldness and a bit of chew, while those briny olives pop with a juicy bite. And let’s not forget the arugula-fresh, peppery, and lightly crisp, adding the perfect green crunch to round it all out.
            This isn’t just pizza-it’s a well-balanced textural adventure. Bravo! 👏🍕

👉 Do you have a favorite trick for getting that perfect crispy base? Stone, steel, or straight on the rack?

            • @Sol Damiani Pizza stone was the method used. 2 and a half minutes in the wood oven at 360 degrees.🙂

@andrem Ah, that explains the beautiful char and structure—nothing quite matches the heat and soul of a wood oven! 🔥🍕 360°C for 2.5 minutes on a pizza stone sounds like pizza alchemy at work. Do you preheat the stone for a while before sliding the pizza in? And do you ever tweak the dough hydration or flour type depending on the toppings? Curious minds (and hungry ones) want to know! 😄🍕

              • @soldamiani Hi again,

Pizza stone is the key. I have used Ooni karu 16 and it is enough to start burning with wood for 15-20 minutes and it is hot.

What a visual treat-and it must be just as delicious, André! 🍕 That combo you used is amazing, with the aged cheese bringing bold flavor, the creaminess of the mozzarella, and that special touch from the prosciutto and spicy salami… it’s a party in every bite! Plus, the arugula and green olives add a fresh twist and contrast that make the pizza look really well-balanced and thoughtfully made.

That’s a pizza with personality! 🔥 The mix of cured cheese, prosciutto, and spicy salami hits all the right notes — bold, salty, and just the right kick. Topped with fresh arugula and olives? Pure Easter magic in every bite! 🍕🌿
