Chef Kseniia Amber is a wonderful person to meet: graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, she’s really into American chefs, especially Anthony Bourdain. In 2015, she was running the kitchen at this place called Frebule in Odessa, and later on, she moved to the M1 Boutique Hotel.
Unlike chefs who only learn traditional recipes,“> 👩🍳Kseniia not only knows how to make Ukrainian dishes but also understands why they exist and how the world sees them. According to her, it’s not just about chemistry and physics, even though she’s great at those aspects of cooking. The way she shares her cooking style and beliefs implies that creating a dish involves more than just science.
